Ladies, if you’ve never had an orgasm before, don’t worry – you’re in good company. Many women have problems coming to a climax and have no idea what to expect with their first orgasm.
A recent survey has shed some light on the female orgasm. It was found with the women who participated in the survey:
47 percent came to a climax for the first time through masturbation32 percent through sexual intercourse20 percent through petting1 percent while sleeping. The study also found that the most common age of first orgasm was 18, but it could also be as late as the 40s!
Back in the day, most people thought that mature women had vaginal orgasms, while immature women only had clitoral orgasms. Now sex experts tell us that this is not true and there’s no difference between a vaginal orgasm and a clitoral one.
What the experts also say is that most women need clitoral stimulation in order to climax, whether they’re enjoying the act of sex or intercourse. But some women think the can reach a climax during intercourse with no manual stimulation of the clitoris and that it’s the vagina itself that sparks off the orgasm. The sex experts believe that what’s happening during intercourse is the clitoris is being stimulated by being pulled down or being rubbed by part of the man’s torso.
And don’t forget about the marvellous G-spot. Some women can experience a particularly intense orgasm when that part of their anatomy is stimulated. The G-spot is found on the front vaginal and many women who have a G-spot orgasm claim that they ejaculate during these intense orgasms.
It really doesn’t matter whether or not there are different types of orgasms, when you come right down to it. The most important thing is to be able to have amazing reliable orgasms whenever you want them, and when they do happen, you should be enjoying them.
Quite a few women are concerned that they can’t reach simultaneous orgasm with their partners, and this makes them feel like their orgasm is somewhat irrelevant. It may surprise you to learn that simultaneous orgasm is quite uncommon. In fact, there have been surveys that have found that most women rarely climax at exactly the same time as their partners. But, it sure is nice when it does happen!
So how do you do it? It helps if the man has good control of his own orgasm and if he’s skilled at using his fingers during intercourse. That way, he can bring the woman to a climax just at the same moment as he comes. The woman can get in on the action as well, if she uses her fingers to stimulate herself, so that they climax together.
Here’s another great tidbit of information to know: a woman’s ability to climax tends to improve with age.
And even though some women don’t experience an orgasm until they reach mid-life, it’s important to remember that it’s never too late. It’s not uncommon to hear of women who have learned to orgasm when they were in their 40s, 50s and beyond.
