I had purchased this item with the intentions of practicing my kegels against resistance to achieve better results. I followed the directions and began using the contraption at a level that was appropriate. I practiced them almost everday for a week. What happened after that was devastating. The device is made with a very rigid tip that puts pressure on the inside of your vagina. Since using the device I have developed horrible musle damage that affects my bladder and bowel, causing me pain and embarassment. I am hoping that some of the damage will repair itself but it has been three weeks and things have become progressively worse. I was a very physically active person before using this product. Please be well informed before purchasing a device like this.
