only a problem if you try to move up in size to quick. take your time using each size until you are ready for the next size.

These were okay. As mentioned in other reviews the small is too small to really be of any use. The medium is fine but I quickly adjusted to it. The large is the only really useful one. It took little time to adjust to it and feels comfortable when in place. In all fairness I was used to anal play but had been out of “practice” for a few years. I guess it doesn’t take long to be “trained” again.

The small is too small
On me(man): Not worth my time
On my girlfriend: A good beginner plug for her, but quickly move to the medium.
It goes in nice and quick, but can’t stay in at all. Pretty much the size of a finger.
The medium is just right
On me: Feels good, goes in good, stays ok.
On my girlfriend: Goes in good after a small warmup and lots of lube, and stays in good, but likes to pop out.
It has a hard time staying in, but feels great being there.
The large is too large
On me: If I am relaxed enough, it is enjoyable… Otherwise it is quite uncomfortable.
On my girlfriend: Too big for her, can only go about 3/4 of the way
It starts out big and barely changes in size at all. It is far too long, anal stimulation (for me, at least) comes from the stretching sensation, not from being prodded deep inside.
Bottom line: When I bought this, I thought I was getting 3 great plugs for my $10, but I ended up getting one decent one and 2 fairly pointless plugs. If I were to do it again, I would purchase plugs individually, spend about $30 total, and be much more satisfied.
oh, and they smell horrible and are poorly molded. The smell is so strong that even after I tried washing and all the tricks, my entire room smells like toy… I am looking into either an air-tight container or throwing them out.

Small and medium, no problem. Large… no way! The small one isn’t round, more square. Also a bit pointy and could potentially puncture your innards.

The mid-sized and large plugs are just too long for any normal use. The whole set is good for getting used to anal play, but beyond that, they suck as plugs.
I’d suggest only buying this set if you can’t find a similar, shorter one. It’s great for what it is, but falls short (or long?) after the fact. If I could give it 3 1/2 stars, I would.
