Two Simple Premature Ejaculation Exercises

Premature ejaculation is where a man ejaculates before he or his partner are ready for him to do so, often during intercourse but it can happen in other sexual encounters as well. To start with you need to get to know your penis. The most important muscle in the penis is the pubococcygeus, which controls whether your penis is erect or not, and also when you ejaculate. By gaining control of this muscle, you will be back in charge of when you ejaculate.

For the exercise you will need to be naked on the lower half of your body. While laying down try to flex your penis, hold for one second and then release. Try and do between fifteen and twenty of these every two or three days. Then once you find it getting a little easier, increase the flex time to around 15 seconds. This should be done gradually though, otherwise you could injure yourself.

If you are finding this exercise difficult there is an easier way around it. The next time you are passing urine, try and stop the flow of urine by tensing that muscle. It will probably be quite challenging at first, but keep trying because it will be worth it.

By practicing the two variations of exercise you should notice an improvement within a month, maybe even in a couple of weeks. It is important that you learn to control the muscle and not let it control you, so that you can finally get over premature ejaculation using these exercises.
