D. S. April 23, 2010 at 4:50 pm: Soft, and feels comfortable. Ordered the plus size in black, I use size 12,DD. The straps were way to long, and no way to adjust the center to hold your breast. But with some ingenuity I now have a gorgeous lacy black robe, can’t beat the price. If you know how to sew this is the cheapest, prettiest robe ever.

I tried to return the item but was informed that lingerie could not be returned (even unopened). After filing a complaint, the vendor responded and was extremely helpful in telling me how the item(s) could be returned and following up to make sure I understood the process. I am quite satisfied with the service received.
