Can Women Multiple Orgasm?

by Justina on October 8, 2010

So, are female multiple orgasms possible? And can every woman achieve one?

These are questions which have worried many women in these days where we are supposed to know our own bodies like the backs of our hands and cultivate skills that will take us ever further into the realms of the geisha girl.

A few years ago, I would have responded with a resounding ‘no’. Sure, my partner had succeeded in helping me to a nice climax digitally but, once the initial high had been reached, there was a come down and it was unlikely that the same peak could be regained during the ensuing penetrational intercourse.

However, the arrival of peri-Menopause that changed everything for me because a sudden surge of insistent libido caused by my testosterone levels becoming more dominant made me want to start having sex like a bloke.

I was constantly aware of the need to satisfy this deep urge within me. I began to take a sudden interest in vibrators and discovered that if I indulged this desire, I could climax far more quickly and frequently. I started to understand how to have multiple orgasms.

My partner and I began to experiment with our love-making, taking far more time over our intimate relations and keeping the erectile tissue inside my vagina on a permanent state of excited alert by engaging in repeated stimulation.

Using two fingers to locate the spongy tissue about two inches up on the interior of the vaginal wall which is the area a lot of people believe forms the Grafenburg (or G) Spot, he would hook the tips around my pubic bone, digging deep into the flesh between the urethra (the tube that takes the urine from the bladder) and the vagina, whilst the flat parts maintained the pressure and the heel of his hand created friction on the vulva and clitoris itself.

Sadly, due to anatomical variants, the G Spot on some women is not in exactly that location, so some experimentation may be needed – and, for an unfortunate few, it is completely missing, which is why many will vehemently deny its existence… and the possibility for a female to have multiple orgasms through its stimulation.

The area also corresponds to the periurethral or Skene’s glands, which are responsible for producing the lubricating fluid which appears after stimulation from within the vagina and these have been linked to squirting in those women who have a powerful bulbourethral reflex.

The important thing about multiple orgasms is that the area needs to be repeatedly stimulated. The more climaxes a woman has, the more she will be able to achieve if she just allows herself to believe in her own body.

So, why not leave the matter in the hands of your partner, relax into the moment and just go with the flow. If it becomes too sensitive to continue, have a short break for kissing and cuddling, holding on to the moment before returning to try again.

Keira Benson has been told she has the pelvic floor of a woman half her age. For more information on how to do kegel and pelvic floor exercises To find out more about how to keep the area primed for multiple orgasms, visit: http://tightenmyvagina.info/can-women-multiple-orgasm
