It’s an interesting toy to spice things up, alone or with a partner.
Make sure to use lubricant, as the rotating function can be a bit harsh. I used water based Gun Oil, also available from Amazon. I’m a bit over average girth (was disappointed with the Tenga), but this worked because the ‘flaps’ on the inside are flexible. For the super well endowed, it might be uncomfortable. (The key measurement is circumference rather than length)
The downside is the noise. Vibe functions have a low buzz, but rotation – which is what I think most guys will need to get off – is pretty noisy and can be a buzz killer:-)
