several people told me about this product so I sent off for some when I received my balls ,there was no pouch and there were no instructions on how to use them, so their only good a paper weight

These were a bit bigger then I expected, but I was able to fit them in with not much effort, I put them in shortly after receiving them, and they feel great~

Just had bladder surgery 2 months ago was looking for the balls to help with keigal excersizes. These are not the ones! They not only make a noise when you walk[ like a bell sound ] they have a seam on them and if they get too low it will it will pinch the skin. I tried but they are too unconfortable. Am going to order the seemless rubber ones. I should have known what I was getting for 3.99.
