After shopping around on the net for this specific item I found that some companies were selling only 2 piece cuffs for less than what this company was selling. The ad for this merchandise was misleading and reflected that 4 pc were including in the package. I called the 1-800 number and was not happy with the customer service person response when I advised of the ads wording. She only gave me a 10% discount for the inconvience that was already including in my package with my next purchase.

The Item is not 4 pieces it only comes with a pair of cuffs, the 4 piece is misleading other than that snafu, the item is cheapily constructed but gets the job done. No I have to order another pair or continue to be disapointed not worth the price for the set.

I have very high ceilings. The cuffs were ineffective for me because I could not adjust the length. This product would work well for those who ceilings are fairly low.
