Wife ranks me as a very talented ballplayer – I have savored the outrageous girth of Rascal Toy’s Black Balled Dong (~half the length), as well as the magnificent length of Falcon’s Chad Hunt Supercork (down to the balls), plus all sorts of others.
Tantus Severin plug (medium) has `just right’ stimulation that I can even enjoy wearing for hours through the day.
Tantus Severin plug (large) delivers girth for a more full feeling during playtime.
Feels much better to me than similar products I have used from Doc-J. This is due to Tantus’ choice of size, shape and material (pliability). I have had no reaction to the material, which is not the case with several similar toys from Doc-J and others.

When ordering the large size make sure you know what you are getting. As previous reviewers have stated this is not for beginners. I still have to do some serious play with smaller plugs to work up to this one. I have only taken it a couple of times. Definitely big.

but after some Tristan 2 warm up it slipped in . I love it and now can insert with no prep work. I wish it vibrated!

This unit, like other Tantus products, is well-made of “platinum” silicone — a substance that is resilient, comfortable, and easy to clean. It stands 4-1/2″ high (just under 4″ insertable), with the larger bulb measuring 1-1/2″. This is a reasonable insertion size for someone with moderate experience.
My main complaint is that unlike the classic anal plugs, such as the well known Doc Johnson Anal Plug White Medium, this one cannot be depended on to stay in place. The problem seems to be that the shank between the large bulb and the base is too large in diameter compared to the diameter of the large bulb. Thus, there is not enough of a threshold to keep this inserted reliably. The length of the shank is a plus in this regard, but it’s not enough. While this unit will stay in for a time, it’s not hard to expel it without intending to. It does not require constant attention to stay in, as some of the other Tantus models do, but unless the user remains in a sitting position, the risk of unintentional ejection is constant.
This unit also creates some needless discomfort because the ends of the base flare out slightly. The resulting pointed ends tend to dig in to sensitive flesh. In practice, because this unit does not seem reliable for long-term wear, the flared base may not be a problem, because the user may not have it in place long enough for significant discomfort to develop.
For a reliable plug that won’t pop out unexpectedly, there are better choices — such as the Doc Johnson model mentioned above, or the Tantus Ryder Anal Plug, Midnight Purple from this manufacturer.

This little plug was alot of fun. It is a perfectly made mold, so there is no rough seams or edges. It is so smooth, sometimes you wont even need lube. Great product.
