This prostate massage device has yet to produce a “Big O” but has a delightful presence that I enjoy. It has a place in my regular enema as a quite time after all the water is gone. Wish I could O (zero) in on the motion that generates the “Big O”, but that is not why I bought it. I think the prostrate needs attention and massage is a good idea. People neglect on of the most imortant orifices on the body and I feel this massager would be a good way for people to get in touch with their inner self.

First you need plenty of lube, I use astro glide, and take your time.Once you have the device completely in., lie down and relax for a few minutes. Then slowly contract your anal and rectal muscles.Don’t expect fireworks but it does elicit a pleasurable sensation after a while.Prob would be pleasurable to masturbate with device in place.I wouldn’t know about that myself.I never experienced the prostate milking just having it in my rectum though.

Although I have no problem with the product, Amazon after two attempts, cannot send the correct product. I ordered and paid for the Progasm. What they keep sending is the Helix (however, they have refunded my money). From my understanding with them in conversation, the company sends the product to a Amazon warehouse, somebody there packages it and sends it on to the consumer. There is some sort of mystical disconnect between the salesperson on the phone and the warehouse person. Some sort of ‘inquiry’ has to be put in and followed up on. Let’s face it, no one is interested enough to follow through about a sex toy. They probably assume I’m wallowing in ‘sin’ and deserve whatever ‘bad’ things should happen to me. If you want the Helix, you’re good to go…if you want something else, good luck!

I purchased this little gadget for one of my older boy-toys. I expected a somewhat softer material like that used today on most soft vibraters, but it was actually hard plastic. Regardless, I inserted this little gem and it went in quite easily using an ample amount of lube.

After a little bit of rocking and wiggling, he remarked that it was somewhat pleasurable but didn’t exactly understand what all the hype was about. I tend to agree. Therefore, we gave it three stars based on the idea and the shape, but it could use some improvement.

This thing is nearly perfect.

My only recommendation would have been to reduce the bluntness of the insertion point a little to ease the blunt-force trauma that inserting the thing can feel like at first. Start with something smaller for a few seconds (if just a finger) to let the muscles begin to relax, so you won’t tear any tissue.

The wonderful sand-blasted texture does an amazing job at holding the Maximus in place to keep the lubrication present when the squeeze is on.

The retail is pretty steep, but I found it on sale for 60% off, and am very glad that I made the purchase… you will be too!
