This item is very poorly designed and impossible to use alone, and didnt work well with another applying it as suction was impossible to acheive. It is not long enough to reach while applying and since it has no cut off valve to plug up one side to get a vacuum on the other side…you literally have to apply them at the exact same second top both areas and pray you got the suction before u let go and pump..One person can not acheive this and even with 2 it is a frustrating and totally useless device. SEx is supposed to be fun and not a test in application skills!
