I ordered this DVD after hearing Dr. Oz on Oprah talk about the benefits from training Chi Kung. I have been following the DVD for 10 minutes a day and feel full of energy. Sifu Jeff sent me the DVD right away with a kind note hoping for success with the Chi Kung. Chi Kung is easy and I can do it anytime of the day.
